I bought this bed for my 12 year old daughter so that she could have more floor space in her room yet, have a second bed underneath for sleepovers with her friends. It was really easy to assemble. She and I did it by ourselves. The bed is really pretty and she likes the mattress. The only thing that bothers me was the bed is more of an off-white or antique white than white. It doesn't match her dresser and now I'm having to look for another one.

The bed seems to be high quality. Very easy to assemble took about 45min with 2 people. The free mattress is a joke but hey it was free. The bed needs a standard twin or could use twin xl. Overall I'm completely satisfied with purchase. Would purchase from this site again. [...]

After looking in various furniture stores in my area and not being pleased with the selection of daybeds I found, I went online to see what I could find. Coming across Daybeds.com was the best thing ever!! The Fraser daybed and matching trundle drawer in Frost were just what i was looking for! I was nervous about purchasing from an unknown retailer online, but after checking out the master corporation (Hayneedle) online through the BBB and seeing an A+ rating I decided to try my luck, and I am so glad I did! The ordering process was a snap and I loved the fact that I was able to use my PayPal account to pay. It made me feel a lot more secure in my purchase. [...] The bed is very solid and stable and assembly was a snap with two people! We had it completely ready to sleep in in under an hour. The free mattresses that came with my purchase were about what you would expect for a free product, but with the help of a memory foam pad, it will work fine for the trundle, however I was dissapointed to find that the top part of the daybed really needs a twin XL mattress as opposed to the twin that was offered. I was able to purchase a new mattress fairly cheap, but, not having purchased a daybed before would have appreciated that information from the retailer. We are using the daybed as the primary bed for our two young daughters. It seems able to withstand their bed jumping, etc. and I love the space saving versatility and safety that a daybed provides for them as opposed to a bunk bed. I also love the slightly distressed edges of the Frost Fraser daybed. It fit in perfectly with the shabby chic style I was going for in the girls room. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to reccomending Daybeds.com to our friends and family!!

This bed was a pleasant surprise. I was a little unsure about buying something off the internet without seeing it first, but my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised. The only thing we wish is that it had a pop-up trundle, but it seems that most daybeds have the roll out trundle. It has a nice decorative front that covers the trundle. We are very pleased with our purchase.
