The top bunk features safety rails on all sides for increased safety and it's accessed via a set of sturdy stairs. These wide steps are easier and safer for small children than a traditional ladder. As an added benefit, each step has a built-in drawer perfect for clothing, toys, and more. You also have the option of adding space-saving storage drawers underneath the bottom bed. This bunk bed is a unique and smart choice for a multi-child room that's a little short on space. You get so much more than beds.


Crafted of solid pine, this bunk bed has a natural, rustic look to it. The golden finish does a wonderful job of highlighting the wood's natural grain and beauty. You should expect to see some natural blemishes on the wood's surface. These bunks are not designed to separate into two separate beds. Twin slat packs are included with your purchase. Stairs are not interchangeable on both ends and due to design, can only be placed as the image shows. Overall dimensions: 100L x 55W x 62H inches.

The instructions that are include are just about useless. They are for a single over single bunk bed, without the underneath drawers. Not the single over full, with the underneath drawers.I do think that we will enjoy this once we get it together. You might too if you can deal with the assembly nightmare.

    I have not been able to assemble the bunk bed for my girls because of missing hardware. The woods were still wet with unfinished stain when it came out of the box. Our hands were stained brown. It is sitting in the girls' room taking up space. I will be sending this back for a finished product.

    The delivery took a week longer than the given date. The boxes were damaged and one was crushed open when it arrived.

      The boxes were very heavy, especially the steps. It was very hard to manuever through the door and up the steps. The set up was a little difficult. The directions did not look like it was for the same bed (s). The full set up took about an hour, not bad. There were a few rough spots. We love the beds. Our kids do too. The steps makes us feel so much better than having the traditional ladder. I love the side drawers. They are a little flimsy. We also got the two drawers for beneath the bottom bunk. You really can't beat it for the price and we are really happy with them. It is a really heavy duty set of bunk beds.

      Overall this is a great buy. It was purchased for my three year old, and for when we have guests. It suits its purpose. I was a little unhappy with the edges, there are some rough spots that should have been sanded better, and the drawers are small, flimsy, and sit crooked.

      Q1: What is the weight capacity of the bottom bunk?

      A: Bunk beds must all be tested to hold at least 180 pounds, therefore the bottom bunk will hold at least 180 pounds.

      Q2: Can the top bunk be used separately if we decide to split the bed up at a later date?

      A: Sorry, this bed cannot be split in to 2 separate beds.
