A 4-inch leg height allows immobility of the bed and is a low-profile solution for thicker mattresses. The whisper-quiet DC operating system allows you to adjust the bed quietly, so as not to disturb the peace of your room. Available in twin, queen, and king, this bed has a lifting capacity of 450 pounds.

The mattress core consists of 330 offset coils and helical wires that run side-to-side, providing firm, uniform support that conforms to individual body contours. The 2-inch, high-density foam is of the highest grade for pressure relief comfort. A foam-encased inner-spring creates a maximum sleep surface. Firm edge support with softer foam at the hinge points allows the mattress to conform as the base adjusts.

The mattress carries a manufacturer's 10-year warranty, and the Pro-Motion base carries a manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty. Available in XL-twin, queen, and king. 2.) Accompanying this DME code, the purchaser must provide their physician's prescription for an adjustable bed and paid receipt for the adjustable bed to Medicare or their insurance company.

3.) Each customer should confirm this with their insurance company before their purchase.
